The Intelli7® model is multi-level, because we all function on several levels simultaneously. It describes:

  • the Behaviors,
  • which are underpinned by attitudes or SoftSkills,
  • which are themselves underpinned by Personality,
  • which is itself underpinned by our Meta-programs,
    PNL - Neuro Linguistic Programming,
  • which are themselves underpinned by our Drivers,
    Taibi Kahler.

This richness allows us to have the right answer to the question we ask, because we have access to the right plan.

With Intelli7®, you have the right answers, because you have access to the right sources.

Example

You may want to know a person's resistance to change.

Can a Personality tool answer that?

NO

But if we only have one tool, we'll make sure to find that answer in it.

In doing so we're taking risks, and we're not comfortable.

Yet resistance to change is primarily a matter of Meta-program (Internal-External).

This means that each personality trait can be resistant to change in some respects, and adept at change in others.

Wouldn't it be simpler, as with Intelli7®, to have the right source of information directly? Here the Internal-External Meta-program.

Example

You may also wish to know a person's ability to make decisions.

Can a Personality tool answer that?

NO

But if we only have one tool, we'll make sure to find that answer in it.

In doing so we're taking risks, and we're not comfortable.

Now the Ability to make decisions is a subtle equation that takes into account Meta-programs, and also the influence of Stress.

In other words, in a relaxed state, a person may be able to make decisions, but be quite less able to do so in a more or less intense state of Stress.

For other people, it may be different. Each case is particular.

Knowing the influence of Stress on our Behaviors is an unparalleled advantage, and an absolute necessity for reliable and successful diagnostics.

Intelli7® gives you this information.

The Intelli7® model is the combination of several world-renowned models renowned for their contribution, reliability and accuracy.

This absolutely unique originality reveals the different planes that guide us in everyday life.

Here are the building blocks of the Intelli7® model...

<strong><br>Transactional Analysis<br>AT</strong>

Transactional Analysis
AT

Transactional Analysis was conceived from 1958 onwards by Doctor Eric Berne, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.

Initially, it was concerned with Transactions between people, i.e. social relationships.

Then quite quickly she turned to inner strategies, in the form of Structural Analysis.

It has benefited from a number of prestigious contributors such as Claude Steiner, Taibi Kahler, and many others.

Intelli7® uses TA both in its transactional part, in collective approaches, and in its structural part, the latter proposing an exhaustive model of the human dimension.

<strong><br>Paul Mac Lean<br>Triune Brain</strong>

Paul Mac Lean
Triune Brain

Paul Mac Lean was an American neuro-biologist, who originated the theory of brain evolution in the form of the triune brain.

This theory distinguishes 3 levels of brain evolution in animal species, including man:

  • The reptilian brain,
  • The limbic brain,
  • The cortical brain,

Each of these 3 parts has its own characteristics, and influences the way we manage our daily lives.

The particularity of the human being is to have a cortical brain developed in an extraordinary way.

<strong>Roger Sperry<br>Right Brain<br>Left Brain</strong>

Roger Sperry
Right Brain
Left Brain

Roger Sperry was a Nobel Prize-winning American neuro-biologist who originated the theory of lateralization of the cerebral hemispheres: Right Brain and Left Brain.

This proposal is regularly controversial, with detractors confusing pedagogical models with neuroscience.

As in everyday life we have little opportunity to put electrodes on people's heads, we'll take the pedagogical aspect of this model, which is perfectly fair and very rich in valuable lessons for our daily lives.

Let's note that in use, this teaching is more of a Meta-program than a personality model.

<strong><br>Ned Herrmann</strong>

Ned Herrmann

Ned Herrmann was director of training at General Electric.

He synthesized the work of Paul Mac Lean and Roger Sperry, in the form of a 4-specific model of the human brain.

This model offers the undeniable advantage of easy access. It is often used as a teaching tool.

Yet it has its shortcomings, not being as exhaustive as Eric Berne's structural analysis approach.

It is integrated into Intelli7® for its pedagogical contributions, and is enriched and clarified by the structural analysis model.

<strong><br>General<br>Semantics</strong>

General
Semantics

Count Alfred Korzybski is the designer of General Semantics, an approach to language and systems of generalization (distortions) of the verb.

To him we owe the famous: The map is not the territory, repeated many times since.

Knowing the true origin of this formulation, the experience that gave rise to it, sheds light on its understanding.

General semantics bridges the gap with NLP, a technique which, among other things, shows how our way of using language is symptomatic of our strategies and behaviors.

<strong>NLP<br>Programming<br>Neuro-Linguistics</strong>

NLP
Programming
Neuro-Linguistics

Paul Grinder and Richard Bandler developed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

This is a sort of compendium of the best in tools for understanding and helping humans.

It's absolutely not magic, as we often read.

Like TA, it benefits from a very large number of talented contributors.

Its contributions are fundamental.

The Intelli7® model superimposes all these valuable teachings.

Whatever model you use, you can learn a lot by reading the Intelli7® model reference book.

All models that talk about the human, often do so only on one level. With Intelli7® you can improve the depth of the model you're using.

Here's the book you can get on Amazon (only):

intelligence comment le faire expres

From a pedagogical perspective, the Intelli7® model is valuable, and directly usable.

It gives participants points of reference when we're working on a topic, such as:

  • Project management,
  • Decision-making,
  • Stress management,
  • Communication,
  • Change processes,
  • Motivation (extrinsic and intrinsic),
  • And much more.

Using this multi-dimensional model makes sense, because it's fundamentally right: participants see this in the evidence and accuracy of the answers it provides.

Its ability to address the human being in all kinds of situations makes it a foundation and a common language. No need to study one model per application. Everything is linked, because in every case, the unifying element is the human being.

The Intelli7® model speaks of the human, in all its richness and depth.

Pharmacist - Consultant - Professional Coach

To support my interventions as a trainer, consultant and coach, I have been using the Intelli7 approach for several years, which highlights the richness of the human.

Thanks to Intelli7, I've been able to improve my skills at the service of my customers, gain different angles from which to optimize my interventions, better understand my role and take full measure of both the conscious and unconscious aspects of the relationship with my customers.

With Intelli7, I'm more efficient and more precise in the way I support them in their projects such as team mergers, finding ways to motivate their staff, managing the complex situations they encounter on a daily basis (disagreements, conflicts, ....), ....

I can suggest to managers the postures they need to adopt to exploit the potential of their employees, and highlight the qualities they tend to neglect or even reject spontaneously or unconsciously.

The principle of fortnightly supervision enables me to continually evolve my practice so that my customers succeed in their projects and are satisfied, which results in the Enchantment of my customers.

Mediator, coach, trainer (French/English)

My activity consists in optimizing collaborations: I accompany individuals, pairs and teams in the development of mutual trust, the efficiency of operational exchanges and the quality of decision-making.

I use intelli7 in three main areas:

  • Anticipating areas of relational tension in building partnerships or teams.
  • Resolving interpersonal conflicts.
  • 360° feedback.

Intelli7 is a tool of choice: this unique approach enables me to accurately perceive my client's world to better accompany them. It provides me with a solid framework for exploring with him/her his/her reactions, priorities, and their impact in terms of results.

Thanks to Intelli7, I save precious time in getting straight to the heart of the internal dynamics at play in a given situation.

Intelli7 also enables me to clearly identify areas of divergence and misunderstanding/frustration between two individuals, within a CoDir, or in relations to one's team.

My customers particularly appreciate gaining clarity about the way they operate, being able to identify precisely the behavioral reflexes that put them in difficulty in a given context (and to develop appropriate corrective measures) and, in the case of 360°, to have objectively objective external feedback on how their behaviors affect the performance of their teams/company/customers.

It's a gas pedal of awareness and the power to act, a map of how people function that enables us to get straight to the point and build solutions where discrepancies emerge in collaborations.
